About Us
Gene
Gene grew up in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area where he learned from the best on how to fabricate, which includes build race cars, trailers, smokers and anything he can imagine. Gene started perfecting his technique to craft traditional central Texas BBQ over a decade ago and looking forward to everyone experiencing Burdy's smoked meats and sides.
Eric
Eric grew up in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area and is Gene's brother. Eric has a degree in music, but transferred over to the I.T. field. Along with Gene, Eric also has been perfecting his knowledge on crafting the art of smoking meats along side Gene over the last 10 years.
